Common Help Topics

Restoring Diary+ purchases: open Lucy, go to Diary+, and choose Restore Purchases.
iCloud backup: make sure iCloud Drive is enabled for Lucy in Apple Settings.
Face ID unlock: enable Face ID in Lucy settings after setting up your journal lock.
Photo attachments: allow camera access when taking a photo from inside Lucy.
